The property

Cefn Isaf holiday cottage is a peaceful haven with wonderful open views of the countryside but only a hop from the beach.

It's the perfect retreat to return to after a busy day out.

It was converted with great care by the owner and her architect husband a few years ago and has given many happy holidays. "A truly relaxing house carefully designed for you to relax and have a great holiday.

Wonderful sandy beaches just down the lane, great places to eat close by and the most amazing night skies!" The flora and fauna in this area are breathtaking, and in the evenings you may well hear the owl.

Black Rock, is a fabulous sandy beach, and a mile away down the quiet lane.

Close to the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways you can hop on a train to Bounce Below!

For the more sedate a short drive to the Italianate village of Portmeirion, designed by the owner's great-uncle, Sir Clough Williams-Ellis. Romantic and relaxing, wonderful solid oak floors and beams, a blend of antique and contemporary furniture, Cefn Isaf is a delightful holiday retreat which will be enjoyed and appreciated by families and friends any time of the year. Note: track to the house is rough,,steep and bumpy and there is two farm gates one on entry and one closer to the property which must be closed at all times.

The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
