    “I love this place!”

I have just returned from my second visit and can’t wait to go back. The views are amazing and there are wonderful walks from the doorstep. It is an easy walk into Conway and there is a supermarket close by. Perfect location.

This room enjoys a contemporary style which continues through into the kitchen, where a host of appliances can be found, including a fridge, freezer, electric oven and induction touch hob, for all your cooking needs.

Perch at the dining area in here too before the patio doors, or step outside and enjoy a morning coffee on the rear patio for some outdoor privacy, with the rear gate at the end of the sloped garden affording easy access to a short walk to the shop and pub.

Upstairs you can expect to find two beautifully presented bedrooms, a king-size and a single, with matching furnishings and plenty of storage, with the master bedroom offering lovely views out onto the water and the neighbouring historic town.

Completing the property is the lovely bathroom, with a three-piece suite against the white tiles, it is a bright space to feel refreshed.

Up in Llandudno you can stroll along the Victorian Llandudno Pier and enjoy the arcades and amusements, and lounge on North Shore Beach on a sunny day.

Cyclists and walkers will enjoy incorporating the Little and Great Orme on the Llandudno headland into their routes, taking your binoculars with you to watch out for local seals on the shores.

About the location

DEGANWY

Conwy 2 miles; Llandudno 3.5 miles.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Eryri (Snowdonia) range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.
