A superbly renovated traditional stone farmhouse, Pen Y Bryn Cottage enjoys a truly rural setting in the Conwy Valley.

This imposing detached property has been extended and finished to the highest quality, and lies just outside the centre of Llanddoged, near to the lively Conwy town of Llanwrst.

Located on a working livestock farm, this stone farmhouse has retained many original features, and benefits from amazing views out to the valley from the southern and west aspects from the open-plan living area and the garden.

Three sofas present a lovely space to relax in the open-plan living space with a woodburning stove to warm you as you watch the TV, while the scenic views from the windows and double patio doors provide a gorgeous backdrop.

The beautifully fitted kitchen has all you need for a self-catered stay, with dining for six as well as a handy utility room with a quaint stable door housing the freezer and washing machine.

From here, discover a fantastic fully tiled wet room with a shower, basin and WC.

Find a peaceful moment in the second reception room in the form of a snug with a TV, woodburning stove and a comfortable sofa.

Upstairs find two king-size bedrooms, one with floor-to-ceiling windows continuing to offer the picturesque views, as well as a twin bedroom too, with quality carpets throughout the first floor and quality curtains.

Completing the first floor is the immaculate family bathroom where you can wind down with a soak in the large bath, or choose to feel refreshed in the walk-in shower.

The pretty garden to the rear of the property enjoys a slab stone patio area and a lawn, perfect for relaxing with the family.
