    “Beautiful surroundings and lovely cottage.”

Would have liked some more outdoor furniture rather than just a ration couch for four people. A wooden Arbor would be amazing to sit out in to enjoy the views. A couple of maintenance issues the dishwasher in desperate need of a good clean. Couldn’t open bifold doors didn’t want to push it in case we couldn’t get them shut again.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we are rather confused by your comments. There is a 6 seater rattan table, 6 chairs and 4 stools next to the semi circular rattan couch which seats 7 on the rear patio. Cushions are in the box at the side of the house which is clearly labelled. There are also 2 x love seats at the front of the property. 21 outdoor seats in total for 10 guests. Our cleaners inform me they run a cleaner and degreaser through the dishwasher on a regular basis. We have asked them to run a cleaner and degreaser through it again as there are sachets under the kitchen sink. We have checked the 4m bifolds and cannot find anything wrong with them. There are full instructions on how to open and close them in the visitors information guide on the window sill inside the kitchen/diner. A copy was also emailed to you before you arrived. It sounds like you did not read the instruction regarding the lock in the middle door. We are very disappointed you have felt the need to write these public comments without contacting us first. As owners we are very responsive and a quick message to us would have avoided all of this. In fact we messaged you on Saturday to check you had settled in ok and if you needed anything but you did not reply? Property Owner

About the location

CONWY

Llandudno 5 miles; Betws-y-Coed 16 miles.

Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is without doubt world famous for its historical and architectural heritage, yet at the heart of the town lies a hub of bustling activity. Alongside its ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions, there is an array of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, Master James of St George's design, Conwy Castle remains one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. The distinctive, elongated shape, with its two barbicans, eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall was perhaps determined by the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. The town is proud of its historic traditions and celebrates its past by retaining many of these in its annual festivals, events and fairs, including the Honey fair, Seed fair and Gwledd Conwy Feast in October, along with other musical events throughout the year. Conwy is the perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, or taking in the wonderful scenery on your doorstep. Also within reach are the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, which has the longest zip wire in Europe, and Surf Snowdonia is just six miles away.
