The property

Plas Gwylan is centrally located in the popular village of Rhosneigr.

This larger than average & delightful holiday home with sea and Snowdonia views is situated just a few minutes’ walk from all the beaches that Rhosneigr has to offer, within the stunning Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It is newly built (constructed with many eco features) and provides ample off-road parking for ten cars.

With 10 beautifully designed bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, making it ideal for reunions, special celebrations, groups and large families for memorable holidays by the sea.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge.

Upon entering the property, you'll find a spacious ground floor hosting five bedrooms; two doubles, each boasting an en-suite with walk-in showers, and three twin rooms, one of which also benefits from an en-suite with a bathroom.

A convenient wet room is also located on this floor.

The ground floor also houses a utility room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a relaxing sitting room with ample seating, providing a warm spot for members of the group to gather and unwind.

From here, you can step out into the enclosed garden, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio (benches & picnic tables supplied) or simply relax on the lawn.

Ascend to the first floor to discover a well-equipped and stylish kitchen/diner, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed together.

Another sitting room can be found on this floor with an abundance of seating, including sofas and armchairs, making it an ideal space for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime.

The first floor also boasts a large games room, equipped with table tennis, a pool table and a football table, sure to provide hours of entertainment.

A handy hatch from the games room to the kitchen allows for easy passing of drinks and snacks.

The second floor is home to five more bedrooms; two doubles and a twin, all with en-suites featuring walk-in showers, and two additional twin rooms, which share a sleek, separate bathroom.

The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance. Rhosneigr is located near to RAF Valley, famed for Prince William's Air Sea Rescue training base. Also close by is the Anglesey Race Circuit, great for lovers of car and motorbike racing, while on the island you will find Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle.
