Enjoying a serene location on a working farm amidst the breath-taking landscape of the Llyn Peninsula, close to the pretty fishing village of Aberdaron, is Ysgo Lodge.

Affording sea views in the distance, this inviting lodge provides a superb base for families and friends looking to experience the great Welsh coast and countryside.

After making the most of the ample off-road parking, take a few steps up to the decking and amble to the front door, leading to the bright and airy open-plan living area.

Immaculately presented, here you can settle down for a group catchup or watch a film together, complete with a plush corner sofa and wall-mounted TV.

Allow the designated chef to impress in the kitchen, assisted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so you are fully equipped for a week away.

At the rear of the lodge lies the bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, while the little ones can take over the twin.

Enjoy a soothing bath or quick rinse to start the day, before enjoying a coffee from the decking.

From the lodge you can stroll down to Porth Ysgo beach, where you can marvel at the panoramic views and even spot dolphins if you’re lucky!

This Special Area of Conservation and designated AONB, offers a diverse range of wildlife and marine habitats.

Join the scenic Llyn Coastal Path run adjacent to the beach, providing a haven for walking enthusiasts, along with biking, bird watching, fishing and watersports!

Hop in the car and venture to the charming village of Aberdaron, home to lime-washed fisherman’s cottages, cafés, shops and hotels which give the village its character.

If you’re willing to travel further afield then Abersoch and Pwllheli are popular resorts within driving distance, while the wonderful Eryri National Park is a must for any outdoor enthusiast.

The seaside village of Aberdaron is peacefully situated around two streams, and facing the sea. Straggling up the hills are the buildings that give Aberdaron its character; the lime-washed fishermen's cottages, the cafes, shops, and hotels, and the church of St Hywyn. On each side of the river's mouth is the beach for walking and playing on, and a promenade where you can watch the sailing boats and regattas in the bay. There is also a National Trust visitor centre and car park. The popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach.
