The property

Tir Bedw is a homely, clean, nicely-presented and maintained semi-detached cottage set on a quiet lane in Edern village.

This cosy cottage sits next to the owner’s property and enjoys a lovely backdrop with views of Garn Fadryn mountain at the rear.

It offers good-value comfortable accommodation, making it an ideal base for couples, friends or a family, appealing to walkers who wish to explore the area.

The sitting room has a warming woodburner, lovely for those chillier evenings, the kitchen is light, modern in its styling and well equipped, and the dining room is ideal for leisurely breakfasts and late suppers.

The first floor of this cottage is quite spacious due to the fact that one of the three comfortable bedrooms and the bathroom reach over the neighbouring ground floor property where the cottage owner lives.

Outside, there is plenty of parking for cars and even a boat!

The shared garden has a patio with garden furniture for sitting out and enjoying alfresco moments and the large, lawned area for the children to play and run off any excess energy before bedtime, is a welcome addition to this cottage.

Edern village has a butchers/shop, pubs and a pub/restaurant.

The cottage is just one mile from Morfa Nefyn, with its sandy beach and beautiful coastline.

The towns of Abersoch and Pwllheli are close by, plus within driving distance is the stunning Snowdonia National Park, with all its attractions, and the wonderful Isle of Anglesey is a little further afield.

There is something for everyone in this area, and this cottage provides a good base all year round for enjoying all that the area has to offer.
