The property

The Warren L9 is a stunning detached chalet in The Warren Holiday Park on the outskirts of Abersoch.

This is a great holiday home for a family of six looking for a seaside break, with open-plan accommodation, stunning sea views and a calm setting in this coastal park.

The house has plenty of off-road parking on a private driveway, where you can leave your car before entering the contemporary open-plan living area.

The space has a vaulted ceiling and wide glass doors that make it feel light and spacious.

Curl up on the L-shaped sofa in front of the TV and choose from the range of Sky shows available, whilst the electric fire warms you up after a day at the beach.

The kitchen features high-gloss fixtures as well as plenty of integrated equipment, including a microwave and dishwasher.

After the group's chef has prepared a filling meal, gather around the dining table with your loved ones to savour dinner while planning the next day's activities.

When it's time to sleep, choose from one of three well-appointed bedrooms, the first of which is a double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, and two inviting twin rooms perfect for the kids or extra guests, both with a TV.

The twin rooms have access to a modern bathroom, where you may relax in a bubble bath after a long day.

For added convenience, the enclosed sundeck includes furniture such as a dining table and a barbecue so you can dine alfresco during the warmer months.

The beach is only a few steps away, or head into the park where you will find a Spa, Technogym, swimming pools, and much more.

A short drive will take you to Abersoch, a picture-perfect community with two more lovely beaches, a plethora of cafés & restaurants, independent stores, and a superb golf course.

Llanbedrog, a short distance from the park, is home to the popular Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery, the welcoming Glyn Y Weddw Arms, a beach, forest and headland paths.

Take a walk along the Llŷn Coastal Path to see Mynydd Mawr and Porthdinllaen headlands, the National Trust property of Plas yn Rhiw, picturesque villages and scenic bays, just to name a few.

The Warren L9 offers a fantastic beach getaway for families and friends.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
