Enter through the large front door after parking on the driveway or in the garage and be welcomed into the impressive double height entrance hall, with a sparkling chandelier resting above you, you can put your coats and shoes away in the bespoke understairs storage before exploring the rest of the house.

Discover a spacious and stylish sitting room with the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors leading out onto the terrace providing a dramatic backdrop to your down time with beautiful sea views.

Watch the curve Smart TV while you lounge on the large corner sofa, swivel love seat or array of armchairs.

The large kitchen/diner is fitted with designer radiators, a Smart TV, sliding doors out to the terrace and high-quality appliances to cater for your large group, including two electric double ovens, a kitchen island home to two gas hobs, and a large American fridge/freezer, as well as a breakfast bar and a dining table to host dinner parties into the evening, with a utility room home to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Don't let the weather get in the way of fun with the excellent games room being home to a pool table, football table, another Smart TV, and a great selection of games and children's toys.

When the sun is shining and you need some shade, sit out on the beautiful terrace where a large outdoor corner sofa awaits you to sip a cooling drink and get lost in a book, with a hot tub to unwind in too, and steps leading down to the lawned area below backed by a gorgeous planted living wall, and an astro turf area home to an inset trampoline and a children's Wendy house, perfect for all the family.

Climb the stairs and be amazed by the master bedroom which features a Caesar bed, measuring 8x8 foot with bespoke sheets and linens, this room looks out to large glass sliding doors opening up to a balcony with a bistro set, so you can watch the sunset before settling down for the night, with this room also benefitting from a curve Smart TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room.

If you can tear yourself away from this true haven, you can set off on foot from your doorstep and into the town centre of Prestatyn where you'll find all the amenities you need on a self-catered stay, with shops, pubs, and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Spend sunny days on Prestatyn's long stretch of beach which is perfect for sunbathing, sandcastles and bathing with zoned bathing areas benefitting from lifeguards throughout the summer season, backed by a play area, ice cream parlour and a café.

Whether experienced in the saddle or a complete novice, you are welcome at Bridlewood Riding Centre in Prestatyn, offering beautiful hacks along the beach or a trek through the hills on horseback, it makes for a unique holiday activity you won't forget!

All ages are sure to enjoy an outing to Rhyl SeaQuarium just down the road, home to amazing specimens like eels, piranhas and lobsters, along with some superstar seals showing off their skills with balancing acts, flipper walks and jumps!

Embark on group ramble along one of the UK's most loved long distance walking paths, Offa's Dyke, the national 177-mile trail which you can begin at the very start in Prestatyn before heading south up Prestatyn Hill and continuing on for however long you desire to, admiring the beautiful Welsh countryside scenery as you go.

Rhyl Miniature Railway, Pavilion Theatre, and the Scala Cinema and Arts Centre are all worth visiting nearby, whilst a little further away is the city of Chester with Chester Zoo, the City Walls, and Roman Amphitheatre, and the towering mountains of Snowdonia in the other direction.

With plenty to see and do in the area, The Mount makes for a fabulous holiday home in North Wales that you'll never want to leave.
