    “We had a lovely time!”

The views are fabulous from the property. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. We ate at the Cafe just down the road and they offer Sunday lunch. The dogs loved going on the beach each day and it was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the log burner on a colder night but we luckily had some good weather for October which meant we could sit out and enjoy listening to the waves. We spent time in Llandudno and ate out there as well, Home Cookin is a great restaurant. We would definitely recommend ...

Boasting stunning sea views and private access down to the beach, this spacious holiday home is a great base for families or a group of friends with plenty to keep everyone entertained during their time here.

Inside Dartans is a large sitting room with a cosy woodburner, and a dining room both with full-width glazed patio doors, allowing you to enjoy the open space with a view of the sea whatever the weather.

In addition to the sitting room there is a snug, which children can make their own after a day out on the beach or watch their favourite programmes on the Smart TV, or a place where adults can retreat and relax whilst enjoying a refreshing drink.

The well-equipped kitchen with double ovens allows for the chef in your party to cook up a gastro meal.

The kitchen also has a breakfast table and window seating providing you with an area for you to gather to chat about the day ahead, or simply you may wish to just take in the breathtaking views and try and spot the seals.

There are five comfortable bedrooms all on the first floor, a king-size double with en-suite bathroom, two double rooms, and two twin rooms, along with a family bathroom.

Outside there is a large patio where you can sunbathe, enjoy privacy and tranquillity reading a good book, or just relax and watch the world go by on the garden furniture.

The North Wales town of Penrhyn Bay has a sandy beach, shops, a pub and a church, and you will be spoilt for choice with the many places to visit nearby, including Llandudno with its Great Orme and Little Orme, the resorts of Colwyn Bay and Conwy, and also within reach is the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

A charming holiday home with plenty of space for everyone in your party.
