    “Beautiful holiday property.”

Clean, modern decor, large kitchen which is well equipped with everything you need for self catering. Lovely bedroom, clean, bed linen, smelt lovely and fresh. Every room: living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, was quite spacious for a one bedroom property. We were pleasantly surprised on walking in that every room was separate and not as the usual one bedroom properties we have stayed at before with the kitchen in an open plan style together with the living room/dining room. The only thing we found awkward was that we had to park on the road off the Gardens, but that was mainly because we didn’t arrive until after 5pm and all the parking spaces were full. But, it wasn’t a problem, we parked outside to unload and then parked the car on the road and on the day of our departure we did the same, parked the car outside while we loaded. Would definitely recommend. The property is in a small pretty road at the back of the tram station and we found it peaceful and quiet. Near to the pier, and a short walk to restaurants, shops. Would definitely like to go back, can’t wait to return.

The property

This inviting, ground-floor apartment rests in the centre of Llandudno, just a few paces from the bustling pier and promenade.

Presented to an excellent standard, Bodnant offers a magnificent retreat for couples looking to embark on their next Welsh adventure.

Park up on the roadside before unloading your bags and making your way into your new home-from-home to begin your holiday.

Move into the delightful lounge, where you can slump on the settee and tune into your favourite shows.

As you build up an appetite, the kitchen offers all the essentials for a short break, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and even a washing machine, so you can easily pop your muddy clothes on a spin.

The bedroom has been finished to a superb standard with matching wardrobe and drawers, along with fresh white bed linen.

Start your day with a rejuvenating rinse in the bathroom before heading to the local shop for some breakfast goodies.

Take advantage of your central location and stroll into the centre of the town and browse a fabulous selection of independent shops, quirky cafes and fantastic restaurants, including a spot of authentic Mediterranean, Italian or Asian cuisine.

Alternatively, tuck into a fresh portion of fish and chips and enjoy a gentle wander along the promenade, taking in the traditional Victorian buildings and the calming waters of Llandudno Bay.

You could take your holiday to the next level by visiting 679ft Great Orme, by either taking a ride on the Great Orme tramway, or even a cable car to its summit.

Take a step back in time as you learn about the interesting history of the area with a tour of the Great Orme Mines, the world’s largest prehistoric copper mine dating back 4,000 years.

Those feeling active should consider a trip to the Snowdonia National Park, offering a range of walking, cycling and hiking opportunities for all ages, including exhilarating zip-line experiences amongst the slate caverns and challenging climbs to the summit of Snowdon.

With plenty to do while holidaying in North Wales, look forward to a stay at Bodnant.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
