The property

Cefn Bryn Mawr is a beautiful semi-detached barn conversion, one of two in a small courtyard position.

The cottage is well thought out with comfort and style in mind, a modern, contemporary interior blends well with the character features, such as exposed purlins and beams.

The cottage is ideal for a family or couples.

Three bedrooms on the ground floor are stylish in design, a cosy double, a twin which is great for the children and the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

There is also a family bathroom which is great if someone fancies a bit of pampering!

Both successfully converted to combine original features and character with modern décor and furnishings these lovely cottages are an ideal base for a gathering of friends, family or couples alike. Within driving distance is the Italianate village of Portmeirion, the wonderful Snowdonia National Park, the harbour town of Porthmadog, home of the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railways, and further afield is the Isle of Anglesey. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
