The property

Cefn Bryn Bach is a wonderful semi-detached barn conversion, one of two in a small courtyard position.

The smaller of the two, sleeping up to 4 people and arranged all on one level, so would suit guests who find stairs a little challenging.

This delightful cottage is spacious and offers light and airy holiday accommodation enhanced by modern spotlighting and high ceilings with exposed purlins and beams.

Enter through double patio doors into open plan living accommodation with a modern, well-appointed kitchen area, a lovely dining area and the sitting area is welcoming with a large corner sofa. Two comfy bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin bedroom, ideal for the children and family bathroom with bath and separate shower complete this lovely cottage.

These wonderful barn conversions are less than 20 yards from the vibrant and eclectic high street with an array of shops, pubs, tearooms and restaurants, with the wonderful sandy and pebbled beach and Medieval Castle just a 10 minute walk away. Both successfully converted to combine original features and character with modern décor and furnishings these lovely cottages are an ideal base for a gathering of friends, family or couples alike. Book individually or together for those special occasions when the whole family can get together and celebrate a special birthday or anniversary. Great care has been taken to ensure there is everything you need for a comfortable stay and a wonderful holiday. There is ample off road, private parking outside and each cottage has an enclosed courtyard and patio area with furniture for you to enjoy, sit out and simply relax and enjoy the fresh sea air. Perfectly located for exploring this beautiful coastline of North Wales, with the Coastal Path close by its great for some wonderful walks and the popular resorts of Abersoch and Pwllheli are easily reached, both are well worth exploring, with many miles of sandy beach and watersport opportunities. Within driving distance is the Italianate village of Portmeirion, the wonderful Snowdonia National Park, the harbour town of Porthmadog, home of the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railways, and further afield is the Isle of Anglesey. There really is something for everyone in North Wales and these wonderful cottages can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
