The property

Bwthyn Bach (Little Cottage) is located down a quiet lane in the centre of the lovely seaside resort of Nefyn on the beautiful Llyn peninsula.

Only a short walk into the village, lovely sandy beaches and the Wales coastal path this is a perfect setting for a romantic break.

Bwthyn Bach has been sympathetically renovated, exposing some of the original stonework, slate window sills and original lintels and beams; these combine well with the contemporary lighting and carefully chosen soft furnishings and furniture.

A pleasant, open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room can be found downstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, as well as a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an ice compartment, and a microwave; you'll frequently find fresh flowers in the kitchen, as the owner enjoys adding personal details to make your stay more enjoyable.

In the kitchen, there's also a dining table and seats, perfect for a leisurely meal before setting out for a day of exploration!

A small step leads up from the kitchen and eating area to a charming, pleasant sitting room with a sofa and chairs arranged around a woodburning effect fire and the Smart TV.

The stairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom are to one end of the sitting area; the double bed comes with excellent bed linen, which is a nice touch!

This room, too, has fantastic views.

A barn-style door leads from the bedroom to the roomy bathroom, which features a beautiful freestanding roll-top bath with hand-held shower attachment, a toilet, and a wash hand basin.

There's a compact but well-shaped enclosed garden with furniture at the back of the holiday home, where you can sit with a crisp glass of wine and discuss the fantastic day of adventure or relaxation you've had.

Nefyn has all you need for a relaxing holiday.

The shops sell locally grown and sourced produce and there is even a local brewery within walking distance. The pubs and restaurants offer good food, and the famous pub on the beach the TY Coch has band nights throughout the summer.

All this and a world class golf course, miles of sandy beaches, coastal walks and astonishing scenery makes Nefyn the perfect location on the Llyn peninsula.

Both Pwllheli and Abersoch also have a golf course to offer.

Central heating keeps it snug and warm through the winter months (and some of the summer ones!).

A delightfully bright, welcoming and romantic cottage, choose Bwthyn Bach for your next North Wales adventure!
