The property

This semi-detached Victorian home is located in Morfa Nefyn, a village perched atop sweeping cliffs on the Llyn Peninsula's north coast, with a lovely two-mile stretch of sandy beach.

Gwynant, which has been renovated to a high standard, is ideal for families and groups of friends, with a fantastic layout spread across three floors, distant sea views, and a short walk from the coastal path and two beaches.

The interior features an inviting lounge with a woodburning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that accommodates up to 12 people; spend the day touring the beach village, then come back here for some quality time discussing more of those upcoming activities.

Five bedrooms are spread throughout the upper floors, with a double and a triple on the second floor and two additional doubles and a single on the first, allowing for a flexible sleeping arrangement for your group.

To complete the cottage are two shower rooms and a bathroom, one of which is located on the ground floor.

Morfa Nefyn has a lovely village shop with a café, two pubs, and several restaurants nearby.

According to an online survey, the Ty Coch Inn is the best pub in Wales and one of the top ten beach bars in the world.

The Ty Coch is a magnificent walk up the cliff top, and Porth Dinllaen beach is nearby.

The Nefyn Golf Club rests on a little point that juts out from the Llyn Peninsula into the Irish Sea, making a fantastic day out for any avid golfer in your group.

The neighbouring town of Nefyn has a few shops, pubs, and restaurants, and both are close to the facilities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.

This region's coastline is lined with castles and coves, and fishing, sailing, and watersports are all available for the active members of your party to enjoy.

The Snowdonia National Park, with its breathtaking landscape and informative treks, is only 25 miles away too!

The nearby town of Nefyn also offers a selection of shops, post office, pubs and restaurants, and both are within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli, Abersoch and the charming village of Boduan. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and superb walks, and many outdoor activity centers for the more energetic visitors.
