    “A lot of areas in the cottage need repairing and redecorating.”

    Some Equipment in kitchen was unusable . The fridge was working , but was rusty and broken on the outside and the fridge door the shelf trays are missing . The table was very unstable wobbled . The kitchen taps were hard to turn on as whole fitting very lose . Kitchen cupboards doors damaged . Stool upstairs in bedroom unsuitable to sit on as leg broken . Shower head broken as would not stay up . Door jab entry to cottage , rusty wire sticking out on left hand side , very dangerous for ...

The property

A delightful barn conversion set in a courtyard location, surrounded by countryside.

With an abundance of character and charm throughout, the welcoming open plan living area boasts exposed roof timbers, beams, stonework and slate sills, along with a comfy sitting area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and bathroom, and accessed via a spiral staircase is a double bedroom.

An excellent country cottage with plenty to see and do in the area.

Abersoch 6 miles; Criccieth 8 miles.
