“This was a hot tub retreat only to discover that on our last day, a day that was kept free to enjoy full use of the hot tub before returning home the following morning, the hot tub was emptied in the morning and refilled with cold water ready for the next visitors who were not arriving to the property until 4pm the following day!”
This is bad management and completely unacceptable, especially as we had to vacate the property at 9.30am!
I would suggest that a hot water tap is installed so that the hot tub can be drained and refilled on changeover day!
I would also suggest that the information about the hot tub is more prevalent in the description of the property, instead of being hidden at the bottom of the page! Had we have known, we would not have booked this property. Needless to say, we will not be returning nor recommending. We have rented many hot tub properties over the years and never experienced this before.
Such a disappointing end to a much needed break. Would not recommend.

We do advise guests prior to booking their stay that the hot tub is unavailable from the last full day of your stay to allow the hot tub to be drained, cleaned, refilled, and ready for the next guests. We hope this did not detract from your otherwise great stay.
