This delightful cottage is located a short distance from the coast, in beautiful grazing countryside, on a quiet lane in Llanbadrig, close to Cemaes Bay with its wonderful sandy beaches, on the northern tip of Anglesey.

Offering a perfect retreat from busy working life, this former barn has been completely renovated to offer a fantastic, relaxing holiday destination in this wonderful corner of Anglesey.

Entering into a central hallway, the open plan living area is ahead of you, with a fantastic double height ceiling.

The kitchen is modern and spacious with a central breakfast island next to the dining area, which overlooks rural views through the side window.

Downstairs you will find two welcoming bedrooms, with a twin room and an en-suite wet room with shower, as well as a king-size room with doors opening onto the decked veranda and countryside.

Outside, there is a large wrap-around veranda which has a picnic table, love seat and bench, providing the ideal viewing platform from which to sit and enjoy the peace, tranquillity and passing wildlife.

This superb holiday cottage is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the heart of peaceful countryside, with abundant wildlife surrounding the property, including buzzards, red kites, rabbits and foxes.

Doorstep walks lead to the coast and join with the Anglesey Coastal Path which provides access to the now disused Porth Wen brickworks, with its shingle beach and remote rock pools.

A thirty minute stroll will take you to the tranquil bay at Cemaes with its pretty harbour and beaches, and selection of shops, pubs and cafes.

Ysgubor Newydd cottage will certainly be a relaxing base after busy day of exploring all that this fantastic coastline has to offer.
