The neighbouring town of Rhyl also houses another beach, a golf course and SeaQuarium, or guests can travel a little further to Llandudno where there is another beach, loads of amenities, local shops, walks across the Great Orme and Little Orme and a promenade where guest can enjoy fish and chips, as well as Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre.

From here, visit Conwy, where there is a magnificent castle and RSPB nature reserve, or head further into Anglesey with its stunning beaches or Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where there are ample walks, mountain biking trails and watersports activities.

Resting on the western side of the River Clwyd is the charming North Wales village of Kinmel Bay. Lying opposite the bustling resort of Rhyl, Kinmel Bay makes a wonderful holiday location and attracts plenty of serious watersports enthusiasts with popularity especially in canoeing and windsurfing.
