“The house Is very big and spacious.”

We arrived just after 3pm and entered a freezing cold house. With guests arriving you would expect the property to be at least heated. After the heating had been on for 40 minutes we realised there was no heating upstairs at all. No hot water either. We contact the owners who said they would come out. We arrived just after 3pm and entered a freezing cold house. With guests arriving you would expect the property to be at least heated. After the heating had been on for 40 minutes we realised there was no heating upstairs at all. No hot water either. We contact the owners who said they would come out. They arrived at the property at about 8.45pm. The radiators upstairs needed bleeding which should have been checked before arrival. Lamps in one of the bedrooms didn't work and plug sockets in the downstairs left bedroom needs some attention. Hot tub, by Wednesday we couldn't use it? Water smelt stale/stagnant? We have used hot tubs on previous holidays and none have ever smelt like this. We did contact the owner who put us in touch with the hot tub person. He said it was over used? We used it 4 times? Nothing was done regarding the hot tub. We pay the extra cost to be able to come back after a day out to relax in the hot tub so this was very disappointing to be without it for the rest of our stay. Basic items missing, hand soap in bathrooms? Dustpan and a hand brush? Normal drinking glasses? All plastic apart from the small tumblers? The small bedroom with 2 single beds one of the mattresses has some stains on and some wires? Led lights around the bed frame just hanging off? Outside the back door some of the window sills are broken and jagged. The location is great to walk into Colwyn bay, I guess as the property is up for sale the owners are not really interested now to keep it up to a better standard for paying guests.
