The sleek fitted kitchen is bright and airy, with a large electric oven and hob to cook with, as well as a utility room.

On the ground floor you can find a bathroom which serves the ground-floor king-size bedroom, ideal for any members of the group less able.

Head upstairs to find the remaining three bedrooms, including another king-size as well as two twin rooms, along with a second bathroom on this floor too.

Delfryn is within reach of the amazing Snowdonia National Park, whilst just outside the charming Welsh village of Betws-y-Coed is Zip World Fforest which has thrilling zip-line through the trees, a Fforest Coaster and four more exciting adventures.

The Conwy Valley Railway Museum is near to Zip-World Fforest too, as well as the beautiful Rhaeadr Ewynnol Swallow Falls Waterfall.

The Loggerheads Country Park is a great place to enjoy a family walk in the wooded river valley setting, home to a discovery trail or take a more rigorous ramble up Moel Famau to find the remains of a tower sitting atop the summit and stunning panoramic views.

Up on the coast you can find a great selection of beaches, including Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-Sea and Llandudno, with the Welsh Mountain Zoo, National Trust Bodnant Garden and the historic town of Conwy close to the coast too.

Denbigh dates back to the 11th century and boasts the remains of a 13th century castle, perched on a steep hill above the town and commanding some superb views over the surrounding countryside. Denbigh is a busy little town, with a variety of shops and pubs, and a number of events including walking festivals, beer festivals, the Denbigh and Flint Annual Show, the Denbigh Plum Festival, and a monthly People's market. Within easy reach of Denbigh are the cathedral at St Asaph, the seaside resorts of Prestatyn or Llandudno, and the historic city of Chester, over the border into England. The Snowdonia National Park is a short drive, with its stunning lakes, mountains, walking and cycling, while the Lleyn Peninsula and excellent beaches on the Isle of Anglesey are ideal for a day trip.
