“Our holiday left a sour taste in our mouth, we initially booked in July 2023 for July 2024, due to reasons beyond our control in August 2023 we found out we couldn't make the date booked, we requested a change of date to September 2024, which resulted in us being ripped off for over £200, as we still had to pay July price, we think this is total avarice.”
