Sited above the Conwy Valley railway line and commanding spectacular views across the river towards Conwy Castle and the hills beyond, you will feel right at home from the moment you step inside.

There is a well-equipped, stylish kitchen with a dining area, while in the sitting room there are floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors that open onto the Juliet balcony, with exceptional coastal views.

There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom and outside, you will be spoilt for choice for things to do!

Walk across the road to the lovely beach and onto the renowned North Wales coastline, cycle along the coastal path which runs right beside the development, or take a ferry ride across to the marina or the majestic medieval town of Conwy.

For a Victorian twist, head in the opposite direction to Llandudno, a seaside resort with a pier, a promenade, a ski slope and a host of other attractions.

If you feel like exploring further afield, the Snowdonia National Park, the Llyn Peninsula and the wonderful Isle of Anglesey are all within easy reach, offering endless opportunities for exciting days out.

About the location

DEGANWY

Conwy 2 miles; Llandudno 3.5 miles.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.
