4 Arvonia Terrace is a homely stone-built holiday cottage nestled in the popular seaside town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula.

Sleeping up to four guests, 4 Arvonia Terrace offers the perfect base for your next family holiday to North Wales!

As well as offering comfortable accommodation, you can simply stroll down the hill and into the heart of Criccieth for shops, places to eat and drink and, of course, a fabulous stretch of beach!

Stepping into the property, enter into the snug sitting room, boasting a sumptuous sofa and a number of plush armchairs set around the television, inviting you to nestle in and enjoy a movie with your loved ones.

Continue through the property into the charming country-style kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up a tasty breakfast or light supper, featuring a warming woodburning stove set within a rustic stone fireplace, offering a cosy spot to gather with a glass of wine to read or reflect quietly.

Patio doors open out into a lovely conservatory, beautifully-appointed with a pastel colouring, serving as a welcoming dining space, leading out to the rear garden, a tranquil sun trap in the afternoon, where you can enjoy sitting out in the morning with a cuppa, listening to the sounds of the birds chirping.

Head back inside and climb the stairs to the first-floor where you'll find two bedrooms, a charming double room overlooking the delightful garden at the rear, and a king-size room, framing far reaching views towards Criccieth castle.

The bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom, boasting a bath and a separate shower, giving guests the choice to indulge in a leisurely soak or a quick rinse.

Completing the property is the handy utility and cloakroom located on the ground-floor.

Head off on foot to explore your delightful surroundings, taking the short stroll into the heart of Criccieth where you'll find a plethora of eateries, including the traditional country pub, The Prince Of Wales, where your four legged friend is more than welcome.

Spend a fun-filled day at Traeth Criccieth, decorated with a mix of shingle and sand, where you can enjoy an invigorating dip in the tranquil waters of Bae Tremadog, or if you'd prefer to stay on land, visit the nearby ruins of Castell Criccieth, offering captivating panoramic views of the Llyn peninsula.

The property sits not far from the Wales Coastal Path where you can enjoy stunning view across the North Wales coast line for a lovely day exploring or Route 8 is an exciting long-distance route which will challenge and amaze you as it passes through wild and beautiful Welsh landscapes, the route starts in Cardiff and passes two national parks, the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and Eryri (Snowdonia), before finishing on the island of Anglesey.

The seaside resort of Harlech is within easy reach, where you can test your swing at Royal St. David's Golf Club, explore the ancient history of Harlech Castle, dating back to 1283, or in true seaside tradition, indulge in a portion of fish and chips and a leisurely stroll along the beachfront, backed by the towering sand dunes.

The town’s 13th-century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Eryri National Park (Snowdonia National Park).
