Head through the front door to find the hallway to the bedrooms, communal lounge with plush sofas that has a smart TV, DVD player and electric fireplace, great for entertaining.
Across the hall is the kitchen with a breakfast bar with full appliances connected to a dining room with a large table for family meals.
Through the kitchen is a large summer room with chairs to relax after a busy day which leads out to the large garden.
Accessible via the hall, Little Orme Bungalow has three bedrooms, the master bedroom is a large, airy and bright room with a double bed, smart TV and has views of both the lovely garden and the Little Orme.
The second bedroom has a sliding door that leads out to the garden, great for sitting outside watching the sun go down over a glass of wine.
The third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and dressing table, good for getting ready ahead of a day out exploring.
There is a wet room bathroom that has an electric shower that includes a shower chair and handles for accessibility.
There is also a separate WC, that includes a macerator toilet( Please do not put anything other than toilet roll down the toilet "this
will block the toilet)and a handwash basin.
To the back of the property is a large garden comprising of a patio and lawn, accessible from the summer room and second bedroom, great for watching the sun go down after a day of adventuring.
The property is also a few minutes’ walk away from the Little Orme, a headland great for trekking up and watching over the Irish sea with a great view of the Llandudno Promenade.
The Penrhyn Bay area is a beautiful quaint coastal town that is a great base for seeing the rest of the stunning North Wales Coast, with the closest town being Llandudno, which has an array of attractions, including a grade II listed Victorian pier, dry ski slope and Great Orme toboggan.
In the area, you’ll also find many lovely café’s, pubs and restaurant as well as plenty shopping arcades and retail parks.
Make a trip to the impressive Conwy Castle, a 13th century fortress with scenic views and walls that embrace the whole town.
Visit the Welsh Mountain View Zoo, a conservation zoo housing rare animals, such as red pandas and snow leopards.
