“Nice property in lovely quiet countryside.”

Nice enclosed garden for the dogs and children. Overall the property was clean. What wasn’t clean were the bed sheets, they might have been washed but one single bed sheet had a very large stain on it, one of the queen bed duvets had marks on at the top. My daughter had to remake her queen bed as the bottom sheet only went up to below the pillows. The mattress cover was dirty and covered in hairs, she didn’t tell me this till the day before we left or I would have brought it to the ...

The mattress cover was dirty and covered in hairs, she didn’t tell me this till the day before we left or I would have brought it to the attention of the owners. I didn’t want to look at any other mattress covers. Put me off the property Didn’t like the wood fired hot tub. Only used it a couple of times, which was a shame as the grandkids love a hot tub, my husband had to keep the fire going for up to two hours for us to use it. I wouldn’t stay at another property with this kind of hot tub. Also there was no welcome basket, first property we have ever stayed at without one. Always thinks it’s a nice gesture from the owner to welcome you and hope that you like the stay at their property.
