When I have contact with a company as a matter of principle I wish to speak to somebody on the end of the phone. I do not wish to deal with online apps or automatic contact systems . It worries me deeply that we are moving away from person to person collaboration. Had there been a problem with the cottage, which there was not , how do we contact Sykes? We do not have Smart phones because we chose not to use them. I want a human being on the end of the line not a automated system
