“We had a lovely stay at this property.”

3 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. We found it to be very spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The owner had provided everything you could wish for in terms of equipment and was extremely helpful during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the area quiet so we all slept very well. The property is very handy for visiting the many attractions in the area, we particularly enjoyed Conway, the Great Orme and Ross on Sea, just a short drive away. “Lovely clean and comfortable cottage.”

On arrival the cottage was well presented, very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of information on places to eat and visit The bedrooms were very clean, alot of thought must have gone into the soft furnishing. Bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a high standard. In all a lovely place to stay.

“We were very happy with the house, it was very well equipped with lots of essentials & I especially liked having sharp knives for cooking, a rarity in a holiday home.”

We also really appreciated the multi fuel stove. The beds & bedding were very comfortable & the house was very welcoming.

“Penrhiw, what a Fab-u-lous property.”

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. It smelt clean everywhere, the kitchen, living room, bedrooms. The towels and bedding were beautifully fresh. This was a wonderful start to a very happy week. I enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and it was lovely to sit outside with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We would happily stay here again! Thank you Wendy x

“We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage in early August.”

Everything has been thought about by the owners making our stay even more relaxing, little extras like washing up liquid, washing pods, dishwasher tablets etc were really appreciated. The house is so much bigger than it looks from the outside, our family of 5 and large dog had plenty of space and could host dinner around the table with family. The location is fab, our particular favourite was Colwyn bay, a completely dog friendly beach and Llandudno. Thank you so much for having us, we will most definitely be back!

“We had a great week at Penrhiw.”

The house was much bigger than we expected and had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. Wendy is the perfect owner and is on hand if ever you need her and for however small the concern may be. There were so many small extras included in this accomodation that make the world of difference to any self catering stay. If you need it, the chances are that Wendy has already thought of it and it'll be there for you to use. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and we would certainly recommend Wendy and her lovely home!

“We had a really relaxing, enjoyable stay in the cottage.”

Wendy greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming. She provided a lot of extras such as milk, jam, biscuits, tea and coffee, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and washing pods which was a lovely touch. The cottage itself was far more spacious than we had expected. There were freshly washed bed sheets and towels and we all slept really well. We were lucky to have sunshine on the first day and enjoyed sitting at the front of the house with a glass of wine, watching a glorious sunset. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a family break in north Wales. Thank you Wendy

“We can’t thank Wendy enough for the wonderful stay we had in her fab home.”

We stayed with 2 teenage kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for us all! It has everything you need and is the perfect base. The home itself it’s stunning and Wendy is the loveliest host. We loved it so much we are hoping she’ll have us back next year!

This is a fabulous property, perfect for us and our 2 dogs,close to the beach for dog walking, a lovely pub 2 mins walk away, petrol station with a small shop and Indian takeaway which is lovely, the house is fully equipped, the beds are do comfortable and the garden is a lovely suntrap, we had a great time

“We had a lovely last-minute, short stay at Penrihw at the end of May.”

Wendy, the host, was very informative, attentive and made us feel very welcome with some nice little touches too. It is a very peaceful setting and ticked the boxes with comfy beds, a decent shower and a nice relaxing outside area. We walked to the pleasant local pub for drinks and to the Indian for a really nice meal. We also walked up towards the nearby castle and caves. The property's parking space at the back of the house will put pressure on any car's over-eager sensors, but once you got the knack of reversing up the narrow tracks, it's all fine!

“Penrhiw is a fantastic property that easily accomodates up to 5 people.”

The two indoor stoves and outdoor patio heater made it a very comfortable stay, wherever we sat. Wendy, the host welcomed us at the property on day 1. She was a pleasure to talk to and was very atentive and caring with us. Nestled just away from the great connections of the A55 but with enough peace and quiet to help you recharge and relax. All in all, a lovely stay.
