A detached ground floor property situated in the ground of the owner's property in the pretty village of Halkyn, North Wales.

The spacious property is ideal for families and groups of friends wanting a serene base with easy access to bustling cities and beautiful national parks.

Upon entering the property you will find a large kitchen dining room to your right with all the appliances and amenities needed to create a fantastic home-cooked meal.

The sleeping accommodation consists of three spacious and beautifully presented bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, one with a double and a twin room.

The village centre is just a short walk from the property, with its cafes, pubs, convenience shops and plenty of walking opportunities to enjoy.

The historic city of Chester is a short drive away, with its boutique and high street shops and the cosmopolitan cities if Manchester and Liverpool are slightly further afield.

Halkyn a pretty, scattered Welsh village in an elevated position overlooking the Dee estuary. This is an area of Special Scientific Interest, surrounded by 2000 acres of common land. This Welsh village is well known for its walking and mountain biking, and adjoins the Wat’s Dyke heritage trail. Conveniently located a few miles off the main A55 Welsh road, this North Wales village is ideal for exploring the North Wales coast, Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey and, being a short distance from the English border, you have the Roman city of Chester with its famous walls, amphitheatre and historic rows. For a day trip you could visit the vibrant cities of Liverpool or Manchester, both within easy reach, while a little further afield, why not visit the emerald island with the Holyhead to Dublin ferry a little over an hour away? So with Ireland, England and Wales all waiting to be explored, this village is an ideal base at anytime of the year.
