“A superb 5 * fully equipped apartment, with lovely beach and sea views from the windows and balcony.”

The building has a key code entry, and a nominated car park space at the front of the building, which is essential in Rhos-On-Sea. Very convenient location to visit the local attractions, eg Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno, Anglesey etc. I found that the A55 Junction 20 is the best junction to use. I suggest the addition of a milk jug to the equipment.

Nice clean everything we needed. Love new chairs in window to sit watch world go by great sea view nice to sit and read or in my case do cross stitch after being out all day. Good parking space. It’s superbly positioned - with its own parking space - overlooking the beach and promenade making it great for walking or just viewing. It’s beautifully furnished and equipped and Karen is a very helpful host. The nicely restored Toad pub is a very short walk away and does great food and drink. The week was far too hot for us, but it felt like we spent all day at the beach without going anywhere, due to the fantastic location. The best part was listening to the sea as we fell asleep. We were very comfortable in the flat, it was well equipped and looked after. Shout out for a great bed, too. Lovely touches with puffins around the place.

The view from the window was beautiful. The lift up was in good working order and very helpful for partially disabled people. The apartment had everything you could need in the kitchen. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves (I'm not usually a fan of balconies). Had everything we needed and was clean and well looked after. We've already booked again for next year. There's only 2 improvements we'd like: the 1st is the changeover day to be Saturday (it would be much better than having to use an extra day of annual leave and to do all the travelling on a Friday) and a King Size bed would be great. Oh - and we did have to take some rubbish out to the prom as it started to smell.

“Had to take bins and food wast to be put of the flat as that were smelling that give you 2 bins to last a week and a place to put them when thay are full.”

Kitchen did not have enough pans plates and more . Lucky I take a lot of things with me there was no dishes or bowls to go in the microwave also the toaster was not working and all the paperwork that is needed should be a one folder . Did love it there but needs to be looked at what people need .

As mentioned in someone else's review the water from the shower and the sink does not flow away fast enough so you need to hurry before it overflows. Also the food waste bin in the living room started to smell and we had no where we could empty it.Due to it being bad weather we decided to take some dvds because on the discription it says there is a selection of dvd but we didn't find them and had no where to play ours.

“The apartment, Puffin View, is perfectly situated.”

As per the photos, the beach is directly across the road. When the tide is out the beach is a mecca for families, keep fit enthusiasts, dog walkers and even those who simply just want a walk. Puffin View has a dedicated parking spot, so need to try to find somewhere to park. All the floors are serviced by a lift. This allows those with mobility issues to access this great apartment. Puffin View is spotless, finished to a high standard, homely and welcoming. Whilst we were there, the beginnings of the Covid 19 inconveniences were beginning to take place. The ability to go out for meals, some shopping and visitor attractions were starting to be affected by the Covid 19 fallout. This, however, only impacted on our holiday in a minimal fashion. It was a quiet week away, but thoroughly enjoyable, none the less. There is plenty to do in the local area. There are things we wanted to do which we couldn't get done this time, so I think there is a good chance we will return some time in the future. All in all, a perfect 2 person retreat for a quiet week, with stunning views and great facilities.

Fresh flowers already arranged, and welcome sign was a nice touch. Spotlessly clean. The settee is good quality but far too firm if you are of more senior years. Great walk-in shower but could do with permanent grab rail. Comfortable bed but a king size would be preferable. Only 4 mugs provided and not enough glasses, making it inefficient to use the dishwasher. Views from flat fantastic and in very central position.

This attractive, second-floor apartment is situated as part of the Ocean View apartments, within the seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea.

A quality retreat for two, this contemporary apartment boasts a light and airy feel, with exceptional sea views from the balcony and bedroom window.

Accessed via a lift, Puffin View is ideal for those with limited mobility, and offers one allocated car parking space outside.

Relax and unwind within the open-plan living area, comprised of a well-equipped kitchen and a refreshing sitting area with plush corner sofa and Smart television for entertainment.

Step out onto the balcony and spend an hour or two admiring the sea views, perhaps even spotting a dolphin if you’re lucky enough!

As your evening draws to a close, retire to the beautifully presented bedroom, serviced by a contemporary shower room in an all-white overtone.

On a sunny afternoon, stroll along the promenade or head down to the sandy beach where you can swim in the shallow waters.
