Park up at the roadside and be greeted by a charming front enclosed patio with table and chairs, the perfect spot for savouring your morning coffee.

Be welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy dishwasher, here you can cook up delicious meals for your loved ones, ready to enjoy at the breakfast bar, dining table for six or alfresco in the rear enclosed garden which has two dining spots!

After dinner, why not savour the last of the day’s sunshine out in the rear garden, where you can sip a glass of wine out on the patio or raised terrace with lovely picnic bench and fire pit, before enjoying a game of table tennis or darts in the garage, which also offers plenty of storage for bikes and kayaks!

As the evening grows darker, retire to the contemporary sitting room, where you can snuggle up on the plush seating and select a family favourite on the Smart TV, as your pooch takes up their favourite spot in front of the electric fire.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caerforn . The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
