Lying outside the centre of the rural village of Boduan on the stunning Llyn Peninsula is this wondrous Grade II listed barn conversion, Nant Bach.

Offering four guests beautiful yet rustic accommodation for a peaceful stay in North Wales, Nant Bach is near to the coastal town of Nefyn, and is perfect for those seeking coastal walks, days on the beach and trips to the sailing centre of Pwllheli.

Set on the owner's charming smallholding and resting next to their large stone farmhouse, Nant Bach welcomes you straight into the traditional kitchen/diner, where oak units and quality appliances like the range cooker in here provide all you need for rustling up some delicious meals, with characterful painted brick and a stylish dining table to sit at, it's perfect for socialising over tasty food and drink.

Take a few steps up atop the original timber floor and discover a homely setting in the sitting room, with lovely furnishings resting beneath the exposed A-frame beams, including a sofa and a sofa bed, allowing two more guests a sleeping spot, you can wind down after a day of rambling by flicking on the Smart TV and lighting the woodburning stove.

From here you can step into the ground-floor bathroom where an antique roll-top bath awaits you for a relaxing soak, with a walk-in shower in here too and a vintage sink unit, along with a second door leading to the charming bunk room, great for children or friends rooming together.

To find the second bedroom, take around nine steps up from the kitchen/diner area and settle within this double bedroom, with quirky sloping ceilings and a deep-set window with views to the greenery outside, it's perfect for cosying up at the end of the day.
