    The inside was clean and very good the outside was poor dirty worn out in all need a sanding and repaint, the plinth around the hot tub need making larger to stop anyone falling down onto the side path area if this work was done we would go back thanks i hope this will not upset you but it need looking at to benefit other users thank you

A lovely detached lodge located on the edge of the little rural village of Llanengan on the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd near Abersoch which is famous for its wonderful beaches and watersports facilities, and just a few minutes' walk from the Llyn Coastal Path.

This attractive lodge provides an ideal base for exploring the beaches, including the beach at Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth), perfect for a family seaside holiday.

Surprisingly spacious and well-presented this lovely lodge offers homely comfortable accommodation, and as it is all on the ground floor, makes it particularly friendly for anyone who may find getting around or stairs a little tricky.

Light, bright and decorated in a lovely modern and seaside style, this delightful lodge offers open plan living accommodation with a comfy sitting area with seating for four guests, a well-equipped kitchen area and a dining area to enjoy meals together and patio doors open to the decked veranda.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom and the addition of a cloakroom.

After a day on the beach or exploring the countryside, return to your holiday accommodation and sit out and enjoy alfresco dining.

The large decked veranda provides an ideal spot to sit and relax on a warm summer's evening with a glass of wine, or stargaze into the clear night skies, before taking a relaxing dip in your own private hot tub.

The Orchard Lodge nestles amongst some well-established trees, and enjoys an enclosed garden with pretty white fencing and separate parking.

Abersoch is a lovely village with a colourful harbour and array of shops, eating establishments, pubs and tea rooms, a mecca for watersports, and its sandy beaches and safe bathing waters make it ideal for families.

Enjoy the Llyn Peninsula's miles of scenic coastline, excellent cycling, renowned links golf courses, sea and coarse fishing, boat trips to Bardsey Island, historic Castles and day trips out into Snowdonia.

There is also the famous Portmeirion Italianate village and gardens, together with the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland steam railway are all easily reached.

There is so much to see and do in the area, whether you want a short break to recharge the batteries or a longer family holiday, this delightful lodge is in an ideal year-round location.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
