Pennant Igyn is a delightful, three-bedroom farmhouse resting rurally in the beautiful village of Mynytho, Gwynedd. With pet-friendly accommodation, contemporary features throughout, and beautiful views, Pennant Igyn makes a wonderful base for couples, families, and groups of six, looking to enjoy both the coast and countryside of North Wales.

With a private driveway on offer, unload with ease before taking a moment to appreciate your tranquil surroundings, nestled near the Llŷn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Head through the stone-fronted exterior of the home to reach the open-plan living space, designed as the social hub, where you can rustle up delicious dishes, dine over a bottle of wine, and unwind with the woodburning stove alight.

A handy utility and a sleek bathroom rest on the ground floor, providing plenty of space to store your walking gear and refresh after a day of exploration.

Three bedrooms await upstairs, a lovely king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms, the latter serviced by a nearby shower room.

The property sits in 10 acres of its own land, this is ideal for dogs and their owners to have a run around.

Included in our land is Foel Fawr hill, home of the National Trust monument, locally named “pot jam”.

A short walk to the top will reward you with views across the Llyn Peninsula, as far as Ireland, Anglesey, South Wales and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) .

Finally, take the journey to Pwllheli, the market town of the Llyn Peninsula, where you can explore the golden beaches, shop for local produce, or visit the golf course, before settling near the bustling harbour for an evening tipple.

About the location

LLANBEDROG

Abersoch 3 miles; Pwllheli 4 miles.

The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
