The property

This delightful lodge rests within the village of Abersoch, just outside of the centre and with views to the fields and luscious greenery surrounding it.

Caban Towod makes a wonderful resting spot for a family of six who want to enjoy a break to the seaside and there's no better place than this coastal haven on the Llyn Peninsula.

Spend time in the company of your loved ones within the open-plan living space, where a soft seating arrangement provides the perfect spot to spread out before the Smart TV in the evening after a day of fun at the beach.

Prepare a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning before making up a picnic for later on, all in the stylish and smart kitchen area, and with the addition of a dishwasher you don't have to worry about the washing up on your holiday!

Make a quiet evening more exciting by bringing along a board game from home to play on the dining table, a great way to create happy memories.

The bedrooms lie to the back of the property, settle in to either a double room or either of the two twins to get rested for the next activity-filled day, with pretty and simple decor you'll find them to be tranquil sleeping spots.

Completing the interior is the bathroom with a bath and a shower over, so you can wash off the salty sea water and feel fresh again, as well as a separate cloakroom with a WC and basin for your convenience.

Begin exploring your surroundings by wandering down to the centre of Abersoch, visit Abersoch Beach for a swim in the safe waters, before sunbathing if you're lucky with the weather on the sheltered sands.

Another beach is just a few miles away, Porth Neigwl or 'Hell's Mouth' as it's locally known and is popular with surfers and watersports enthusiasts alike, so you can plan a day of thrilling fun during your holiday.

Also nearby is the beautiful manor house Plas yn Rhiw with stunning views across the coast and the Grade II listed art and culture centre of Plas Glyn y Weddw open for exhibitions with an amazing garden setting.

Caban Towod is a fantastic family base for your beach holiday in Abersoch.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
