    “Brilliant equipped house.”

We went to celebrate my 80th birthday with my 3 children and their spouses. Top quality furnishing, beds and kitchen equipment. The only improvement I would recommend is extending the patio area into the rear garden and making some patio area in the front garden to catch the morning sun and give a view of the sea. But highly recommended anyway. Thanks

The property

This luxury holiday home rests in Aberdaron, a small seaside village located on the Lyn Heritage Coast.

One Dolfor is a wonderful home-from-home to relax in when you're not out exploring this peaceful coastal area.

Step inside and be welcomed into the hallway, immediately taking in the bright and airy interior, before finding the sitting room where a woodburning stove can warm you.

Enjoy cooking in the excellent kitchen/diner, home to a great range of appliances beneath the sleek grey units, with the dining table opposite the patio doors and a utility room that holds the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Also on the ground floor is one of the two king-size bedrooms, featuring a pretty interior decor with a Smart TV and an en-suite wet room.

Travel upstairs to find the remaining three bedrooms including two twin bedrooms and the second king-size, all with Smart TVs too and en-suite shower rooms.

The patio area outside is a charming spot to enjoy a morning coffee, and One Dolfor is just a short walk away from the shops and pubs in the village.

Head down to Aberdaron and walk along the gorgeous mile-long beach which sits on the Llyn Heritage coast, made up of golden sand with waters perfect for surfing, kayaking and windsurfing.

Sea kayaking is a perfect way to explore the coastline from the waters and visit hidden coves.

Catch a boat to Bardsey Island and explore the Isle of 20,000 saints and the ruins of St Mary's Abbey.

This trip comes with the opportunity to do some seal and sea bird spotting too, with dolphins sometimes seen in the area as well!

The National Trust owned Plas yn Rhiw is a small Welsh manor house, around six miles from Aberdaron, showcasing lovely gardens.

Walkers can enjoy heading along the Wales Coast Path while cyclists can delight in the quiet roads and lanes of the Llyn Peninsula, with bike hire available from Llyn Cycle Hire, and several dedicated cycle routes to access.

One Dolfor will be an immaculate base to wind down in when you're not reveling in the beauty of the Llyn Peninsula.
