Welymora is a beautiful contemporary town house with fantastic sea and coastal views from your very own glass fronted balcony, and occupies an enviable beach front in Pwllheli, North Wales.

The living space, arranged over the entire second floor is open plan and well thought out space with a modern and up to date fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a dining area with extending table and a comfy seating area with patio doors opening out onto the stunning glass fronted balcony with fantastic sea views as far as the eye can see.

Pwllheli is one of North Wales' most popular seaside resorts.

It has numerous walks, beaches and for golf lovers the Pwllheli golf course is just down the road, as well as offering a good range of shops, pubs and eating establishments and a sizeable marina.

The area is well-known for good watersports, here and the popular village of Abersoch and Criccieth are both withing easy reach.

Snowdonia is also within driving distance, as is the Isle of Anglesey with an endless amount of things to do.

There is something for everyone here and Welymora provides a great base from which to enjoy it all from.
