“Our stay at Seaview was very enjoyable, the apartment is huge, clean and furnished with very good quality furniture, unfortunately the jacuzzi bath was out of order and my partner had been particularly looking forward to using it but it didn't spoil the holiday.”

There's great views off the balcony and the town is around a 10 minute walk away. Roger and Jane were very helpful with any queries we had and responded straight away. Pwllheli is a good base to explore surrounding areas such as Portmerion, Criccieth and Portmadoc for example, we as a couple had a lovely time there. We would recommend Seaview, just be aware there are two flights of stairs! Could anything of improved our stay? No, not really, though a pair of kitchen Scissors would be helpful!!

“We loved this property.”

The pictures don't do it justice. It is very spacious. Modern kitchen. Extremely comfortable bed. Wonderful view from the living room/balcony. A lovely long beach to stroll on or swim if the weather permits. Only slight issue I had, and please bear in mind this is just my preference, others may not find this effects them, the bedroom was not dark enough for me. Streetlights right outside the side window shine in around the edge of the blinds. Perhaps the option of curtains would help. Other than that this is a lovely modern, well maintained property with little quirky interesting touches here and there and I would highly recommend it. Roger, the owner was very welcoming and helpful. It is up several flights of stairs so bear that in mind when booking.

“Sea view apartment was so lovely, spacious and homely, sitting on the balcony and looking out to sea felt a little like being on a cruise ship.”

The location was perfect to the beach. Well stocked with towels, teatowels, washing liquid, cloths, iron etc. The instructions were nice and clear for us to find and get in. The owner knocked on our door to ask if everything was OK as he missed us arriving, very kind of him to enquire. The only down side was the heatwave that hit for 2 days during our holiday and we weren't able to take to dog out in the heat but there were plenty books to chose from and we were able to chill & relax, absolutely no hardship staying in such a beautiful apartment. Thank you for our lovely stay.

This will be shared with the property owner. Excellent and comfortable accommodation. Very clean and extremely spacious. Location ideal for access to beach and town. Great views out to sea. A few more everyday basics such as mugs, plates, bowls, would have enabled us to use dishwasher less frequently and therefore save electricity. Similarly the commercial sized refrigerator was far too large for 2 people, must use a lot of electricity and was noisy. The owners live on the floor above, were extremely welcoming, were unobtrusive but on hand in an emergency. We had a great stay.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I will double the quantity of crockery etc … from 4 of everything to 8. The fridge is not a commercial one ……it is domestic . It was purchased from the corner fridge company. It is indeed large but we have only ever received fun and positive remarks, and fortunately it is not expensive to run. If we were to remove it we would have to more or less put in a new kitchen! The apartment is open plan so some noises are going to be heard from the kitchen appliances. “Overall a TERRIFIC apartment and a great stay !”

!! the view and location are brilliant and the apartment is extremely well kitted out and was spotlessly clean and tidy some "constructive comments" if I may...... the bedroom windows need black out blinds on all plus the stable door to the balcony......essentially we woke up at dawn each day and struggled to get back to sleep as the room was so light blackout blinds have been put on two of the bedroom windows ...which was absolutley needed as there is a street lamp literally outside the window....but the front window and stable door could do with blackout blinds being fitted also, we were unable to open any of the bedroom or kitchen windows....i appreciate the fact that safety is a consideration but the apartment is essentially aimed at adults WITH A BALCONY so how dangerous can it be to supply the window key to the bedroom window and the kitchen window we were also disappointed that the Jacuzzi wasn't working as that was one of the reasons we booked the apartment....but only a small point As I said overall it is excellent and we had a great stay

Sea View apartment was very clean and spacious a very comfortable stay right on the sea front as described with everything you need for your stay A good base to see North Wales The only thing I would say is the outside area where you park your car needs a good tidy up because it is the first thing you see A 10/15 minute walk into the town where there are loads of shops and the train station Overall a lovely apartment and holiday as the weather was good to us I would recommend this apartment

Very quiet part of town but great for the beach. Views from balcony are amazing. There are 23 steps up to the apartment so bear in mind if mobility is an issue. Very relaxing holiday. Great base to visit the Lyn Peninsula .

The apartment was stunning, very clean and better than the pictures displayed. The view over the beach was excellent. Jane, the owner, was very helpful in making suggestions for eating out and was always available if needed for anything else. The car parking space was a god send too. Would definitely stay here if in the area again.

“Can not complain lovely apartment directly opposite beach.”

Rodger the landlord was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. The apartment is in a excellent position with town centre a 10 minute walk away and just under an hours drive to Caernarfon and same for Llanberis, where you can catch the train to snowdon peak. The area the apartment is in is very quite at night. The only suggestion I have is to bring a sleeping mask as the bedroom can get very bright in the morning. Bed is very comfortable and apartment has everything you need. would definitely return again to sea view apartment.

“This apartment is fantastic!”

Better than expected, everything is brand new and everything is in the kitchen that is needed... and more! The view from the apartment is amazing! The balcony is nice and private- perfect for breakfast outside. The mattress is sooooo comfy(previous review says the same) possibly the comfiest I have slept in. The apartment was nice and clean. The only downside was that they need to put curtains up in the bedroom as the street light shines through the blinds(the owner did say this was being done) We would definitely return if ever wanting to come back to the area and have already recommended a family friend to stay here Thank you for a great stay!

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful sea view apartment.”

The apartment is very tastefully furnished to a high standard, with everything you could possibly need. We must say the bed is the most comfortable we have ever had on holiday. The owners are most helpful, and being local, with advice on where to go and eating out in particular. The apartment is immaculate and any worries we had on arrival were quickly eased, the whole apartment had been COVID fogged, by a professional company. The weather wasn’t the best ( can’t book that can we!) but the view from the apartment of the sea is amazing. We used the balcony most days, with the furniture out there it is easy to have a meal, or a glass of wine in the sunshine. We will certainly be back.
