Parking for one car in the drive and a quiet location without noise at night. It is also a flat easy walk to the beach. It is spacious and has good facilities and also has a lovely view of surrounding mountains and the fields which had horses in them during our visit. There are a number of issues which I think should be addressed before the next holiday season. The double bed is ok but has an additional mattress on top of the original and the second mattress moves during the night needing adjustment most days. Unfortunately the heating is very sparse- none in the bathroom and a wall mounted device in the main bedroom which doesn’t work. A tiny oil filled electric radiator was too small to heat the main bedroom. The paint has rusted on the bathroom rail which is therefore difficult to keep clean and the water pressure is very poor. Showers were challenging. There is mould around the shower end of the bath at multiple locations. We were unable to obtain hot water for hand washing or washing dishes in the bathroom or kitchen sink respectively and again the pressure is too low. Finally , there weren’t any instructions on how to use appliances and we had to try several internet networks to guess which one matched the Wi-Fi code.
