This charming property, Ty'n Y Clawdd, is located in the tranquil village of Dyffryn Ardudwy, Gwynedd.

Ty'n Y Clawdd, which is immaculately kept throughout and has an enclosed yard with a kennel, welcomes families and three pets wishing to retreat to this charming area of Wales.

Cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a variety of integrated appliances and is a chef's dream, and enjoy family meals at the dining table for six.

Turn around and enter the living area, where a multi-fuel stove and comfortable seating offer cosy movie nights.

You may also gather here with the group to play a board game or talk about where to go on your next adventure.

Explore the private garden, which is divided into two levels.

The upper level provides a fenced area that is ideal for dogs to walk around in, and there is also a kennel for them to sleep in at night.

The bottom level includes a second lawned space and a terrace with seats, perfect for sipping a drink outside in the summer.

There are three lovely bedrooms upstairs where you can rest up before continuing your explorations.

The main bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV, and sea views.

There is also a twin room and a bunk room.

When you're ready to go exploring, go down to the neighbouring Benar Beach, dip your toes in the water, or explore the intriguing Cors y Gedol Neolithic Site.

You can also choose from a variety of walking routes that are spread throughout the area.

The community of Dyffryn Ardudwy has a bar, Cadwgan House, as well as a small convenience shop where you may get any last-minute pantry necessities.

The Ardudwy and Mawddach Trails, as well as the Welsh Coastal Path, are available to those who enjoy walking.

Get in the car and go to Harlech to explore the stunning castle from the 13th century, which is now a designated World Heritage Site, or play a few rounds of golf at Royal St. David's.

Whatever the season, Ty'n Y Clawdd is a charming getaway.

The pleasant village of Dyffryn Ardudwy quietly nestles between The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline.
