The property

Set in private gardens, in the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, with easy access to the beaches of the North Wales coast is the beautiful Ael Y Bryn Country House, an impressive detached Victorian property which stands elevated from the road, in a prominent position within the coastal village of Dyffryn Ardudwy on the North Wales coastline.

This excellently maintained period residence is the perfect place for friends, groups and large extended families to get together and create memories that you'll be able to take away and treasure.

Approach along the sweeping drive before arriving to park up in the car park which provides ample parking for several vehicles.

The impressive hall welcomes you in and you are immediately drawn to the beautiful Minton flooring, high ceilings and pitched pine staircase.

There is a spacious sitting room with large bay window and views provides an ideal place to relax and socialise in, while the dining room is able to seat 12 guests comfortably for dinner.

The kitchen is very well-appointed and is sure to delight the chef in the family, with two ovens, plenty of worktop space and an island means you'll be able to create that perfect family meal.

The utility/boot room comes well-equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

This fantastic cottage offers six well-appointed bedrooms, four with en-suite facilities, making it ideal for friends and families alike.

A fifth bedroom has an en-suite cloakroom and there is also a spacious family bathroom on the half landing.

The master bedroom on the first floor has the benefit of a sitting room with Smart TV, perfect if you want some time out from the group.

The second floor double, also with Smart TV has a small balcony with bistro table and chairs, whilst the two front bedrooms on the first floor enjoy amazing, far reaching views of the countryside and Cambrian coastline.

The outdoor space has been well thought out with landscaped areas and grounds sloping away down to the roadside.

Picnic benches at the front of the property provide great vantage points where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and take in those far reaching panoramic views, and magnificent sunsets over Cardigan Bay.

A gas barbecue is provided for alfresco dining and the children will love the play area with tire and rope swings, slide and various other obstacles to challenge them!

Ael Y Bryn Country House is in an excellent location for a seaside holiday, close to miles of beautiful sandy beaches offering wonderful water sports, as well as cycling, walking, fishing and golf.

For days out, explore the beautiful surrounding coastline, or discover the magnificent Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and with Harlech and its majestic 13th century castle, now a World Heritage Site, and the Royal St David's links golf course in one direction and Barmouth, with its quaint shops, quayside restaurants and Blue Flag beach in the other direction there is something for everyone.

The pleasant village of Dyffryn Ardudwy quietly nestles between The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline. The surrounding area has an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards.
