“Lovely house is a beautiful village.”

As listed it is up a steep hill.. this is VERY steep, I would say anyone who is unfit, has young children or any sort of mobility issues this is a defo no! If you can it is worth it for the view and experience. Great communication and help from owners. My only negative would be the high chair, it said one on request which I did however it is a camping small seat which sat low on the floor, my baby wouldn’t sit in so couldn’t eat with us and actually didn’t eat at all as only eats sat in a ...

My only negative would be the high chair, it said one on request which I did however it is a camping small seat which sat low on the floor, my baby wouldn’t sit in so couldn’t eat with us and actually didn’t eat at all as only eats sat in a chair! Had I of known I would have brought my travel one. Also only 6 chairs to eat so if 8 of you then you can’t eat all at the same time. Don’t let this put you off but would arrange accordingly.

Set over floor floors with superb attention to detail, Ty'n-Y-Ffynnon Cottage is a special escape for a family and groups of friends.

Due to the unique location of the property, vehicle access is very difficult, but luggage and shopping will be taken up to the property via quad bike on arrival between 2pm and 4pm.

Stepping inside, discover the lounge, boasting a stunning fireplace with woodburning stove and an exposed stone wall feature, along with a telescope nestled in a bay window, providing an excellent space for unwinding.

A few steps up leads into the kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for home-cooking, along with a breakfast bar with a stunning outlook over the town.

Venture to the first floor and discover the stunning family bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and bath adjacent to a natural stone feature wall, plus there is also a double and a bunk bedroom.

Up another flight of stairs is the double bedroom built into the eaves, but please note there is restricted head height.

A final bedroom sits on the lower-ground-floor and features an en-suite shower room.

Perhaps the highlight of this home is the terraced garden set over multiple levels; there are two decked areas with patio furniture, a barbecue area, sun loungers and a top level with a covered hot tub and changing room, so there is plenty of room for group to spread out on a sunny day.

When you’re ready to explore, venture into Barmouth and discover the sandy beach, where you can spend your time sunbathing and paddling in the shores, or you might fancy trying your hand at range of watersports.
