“A lovely house that was perfect for the three of us.”

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed except a toilet brush. Great location. Close to the beach and the town. Welcome pack was a great touch with delicious Welsh cakes. Always found a space on the street outside to park. The road is busy and quite noisy but it didn’t bother us. Thank you.

The property

Awel Y Mor is a terraced house located in the market town of Pwllheli, in north-western Wales.

This property is a perfect retreat for friends or small families alike, to spend some time by the sea enjoying the local attractions, you are also a 5 minute walk away from the marina and Abererch beach.

Upon entering the property, you will find an open-plan dining and living room area.

The living space has a corner suite sofa facing the LCD TV and decorative fireplace, for those relaxing evenings in.

Taking a step up into the large modern kitchen, you will find all you will need to make yourself at home such as the double electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

Moving upstairs, the two bedrooms are both decent in size, with each having ample storage with a wardrobe and drawer space.

Wake up to picturesque views of the Pwllheli marina from the king-size double bed in the first bedroom, or the double bed in the second bedroom, as both rooms face towards the sea.

The stylish bathroom has a bath with shower over, so you can choose to take a little extra time for yourself to relax on your holiday to soak in the tub - it also has a toilet and basin.

The front patio area of the property also has outdoor furniture so providing the weather is on your side, you will have more than enough outdoor space to wind down in with views of the marina.

Pwllheli has everything you need for a fantastic break with an abundance of bars, restaurants and independent cafés and shops nearby.

Whether it’s walking along the coast or exploring the neighbouring towns, Pwllheli is a great location to base yourself.

A popular attraction is Glasfryn Parc Activity Centre, where you can take part in over 11 indoor and outdoor activities, such as go-karting, water sports, and even crazy golf.

A 10-minute drive will take you to the neighbouring town of Criccieth.

Here you can find Dwyfor Ranch Rabbit Farm which is delightful day out for the family where children are allowed to handle a selection of lovely animals under adult supervision or hand-feed the alpacas!

There is also a medieval castle and two sandy beaches.

Awel Y Mor promises a great opportunity to make those special memories with your loved ones.
