Ffrwd Lodge is a detached wooden lodge, surrounded by rolling countryside, in a secluded location on the near Rhosneigr on the Isle of Anglesey.

This all-ground-floor lodge has a wrap-around balcony, so you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside it is ideal for a family wanting to explore the Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the coast and picturesque beaches.

Inside the property, you will discover an open-plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table that can seat the whole group and a cosy seating area with electric fire and Smart TV, where you can enjoy all of your favourite Netflix shows.

The property offers three bedrooms; a master double with its own en-suite, two twin rooms, served by a family bathroom with a shower over bath.

Outside, there is ample off-road parking on the driveway and the garden has a lawned area and patio, with a picnic bench and fire pit, ideal for alfresco dining and the fire pit can keep you warm on a chilly evening.

Head into Rhosneigr, less than three miles away, and enjoy a day at one of its fantastic sandy beaches, offering excellent watersports opportunities, equipment hire and surfing lessons.From here walkers can join the Anglesey Coastal path and enjoy incredible coastal views, heading towards Trearddur Bay, with its stunning beach of white sand and clear water, towards Holyhead, where you can discover Breakwater Country Park and explore several scenic walking trails and enjoy birdwatching.

It's a quick and easy drive over to the mainland and explore Bangor, Caernarfon and the incredible Snowdonia National Park.

Ffrwd Lodge is a wonderful family-friendly base from which to explore the Isle of Anglesey.

The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance. Rhosneigr is located near to RAF Valley, famed for Prince William's Air Sea Rescue training base. Also close by is the Anglesey Race Circuit, great for lovers of car and motorbike racing, while on the island you will find Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle. Boat trips around Puffin Island offer the chance to see nesting puffins and guillemots, or cross to the mainland and enjoy Victorian Llandudno’s shopping, restaurants and dry ski slope, Snowdonia mountains and the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.
