“No soap in the bathroom.”
No contact from the landlady until the last minute. No instructions for cooker/heating/wifi/local facilities. No cooker hood light bulb and worst of all, no corkscrew.
And despite on departure, re keys, no acknowledgement. Rather disappointed with the whole experience.
Thank you for your feedback. We did notify you by phone that we were going away during your stay. We left our mobile number for any problems and we didnt get any contact from you during your stay. We cant leave any paper instructions and leaflets in the properties due to Covid guidelines. The heating can be switched off and on by a switch in the property, you can also change the temperature as well. We dont provide soap and other items as the cottage is self catering so customers would need to provide their own items. Once again, thanks for your feedback.
