“As group leaders, we found the property lived up to expectations.”

There are a few things that need addressing: 1) The heating is not straight forward. Most of us are practical... run our own homes. Couldn't sort the heating out. Texted the property owner, Chrissie. She was quick to respond. Soon after we found that new batteries were needed and the terminals needed cleaning. 2) We couldn't get the TV's to work. The remotes need sorting. Might be an idea to provide an HDMI lead to the main TV and for guests (who will probably have their own TV licence) to use ...

Might be an idea to provide an HDMI lead to the main TV and for guests (who will probably have their own TV licence) to use WIFI on their own laptop to access BBC iplayer, ITV player, etc. 3) Not enough toilet rolls. 4) Washing up liquid? Washing up scourer/scritcher? More tea towels.
