    “A lovely positioned cottage, close to amenities yet in a lovely secluded setting.”

At the end of each bracing day, look forward to sinking into the plush sofas within the sitting room and catching up on the latest box set as the woodburning stove crackles in the background, bliss!

Slip through the door in here to find the kitchen, where the chef of the group will be delighted to find everything they could possibly need, including a dishwasher to serve as a helping hand.

Concluding the ground floor is the light-filled living/dining room, where the striking high ceilings complement the patio doors, which allows a constant connection with the garden and beyond, as the woodburning stove fills the room with a gentle warmth.

As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to find the sleeping quarters, comprising of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, each one enjoying pretty garden views and quality linens to snuggle under at the end of a busy day.

To the exterior, there is a spacious lawn garden where the little one can play freely, whilst you and your partner bask beneath the sunshine with a spot of alfresco dining.

If you can tear yourself away from this oasis, head into the town centre, where you will find a range of traditional pubs, quaint cafés, takeaways and fine restaurants, in addition to independent shops, convenience stores and supermarkets for the essentials.

Within the local area, you will find a range of great things to do, including the beautiful Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens, the National Trust owned Plas Newydd House and Garden, and a visit to the Model Village in Newborough, whilst those with children will enjoy Foel Farm in Brynsiencyn, Pili Palas and a day out at Anglesey Sea Zoo Church Island, with Saint Tysilio’s 15th century church, is just a short walk away along the Belgian Prom that runs alongside the Menai Strait.

Avid explorers can cross Thomas Telford's iconic suspension bridge and explore the beauty of Eryri (Snowdonia), or head towards Holyhead to visit the iconic South Stack Lighthouse and view such birds and puffins and razorbills.

This delightful town sits right on the edge of the Isle of Anglesey and is home to one of two bridges to mainland Wales. It is an ideal base for a holiday and is great for exploring this beautiful island. It has a strong history which can be discovered in the Menai Bridge Heritage Museum, the well known Saint Tysilio lived on Church Island, just off of Anglesey in the 7th century, hence the name of the 15th century St. Tysilio's Church. Menai Bridge itself offers a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. In terms of entertainment, this is an ideal spot with something for everybody, there is the butterfly palace 'Pili Palas' which is incredibly popular with families, as well as the astounding Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens well worth a walk around. The Snowdonia National Park is within driving distance for you outdoor enthusiasts, it has wonderful walking, cycling and opportunities to see some beautiful sights. Nearer to the town, there are some incredible places including the popular towns of Beaumaris and Caernarfon with their majestic castles and much more to do.
