“We spent a week at the cottage when the weather was very cold and a little snow one day.”

We were so comfortable there in front of a roaring log fire and a wonderful view from the large patio windows. The cottage was lovely and warm, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and ideally situated to see all the wonders of Anglesey. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay again. Owain was very kind and checked on us when it snowed. Thank you Owain for leaving us some welcome goodies too, much appreciated.

About the location

PENMYNYDD

Red Wharf Bay 4 miles; Benllech 6 miles.

The scattered rural village of Penmynydd stands amidst lovely countryside only four miles from the stunning coastline of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. The ancient village gave rise to the Tudor family, the forefathers of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I, and today boasts the St Gredifael Church built in the 14th century and home of the Tudor Tomb.
