“Beautiful bungalow alot bigger than expected!”

Nicely decorated very clean and comfortable, very welcoming home from home the heating and music was on when we arrived and a lovely box of chocolates and bottle of wine even a TV guide! Thank you Barbara who lives next door if you need anything. Many rooms have been updated and Barbra said the kitchen will be done next ( it was fine but was dated compared to the rest of the rooms) a dishwasher, washing machine and 2 tumble dryers ! Great addition. Although no heating in the utility room ...

Although no heating in the utility room. Beautiful views from most of the windows. Very good pub/resturant just below the property.. Be prepared to walk up and down a very steep hill to get near the sea! We struggled with this so more able bodied people will be fine! The bathroom and main bedroom were very nice! Only constructive criticism would be new towels and pillows would be a benefit one of my pillows had some nasty marks on under the pillow case, and they were all quite old. Lovely Barbra and lovely property in a beautiful location Angelsey never disappoints would definitely stay again! Thank you very much Super nice Barbra

Thank you for your kind comments. Always good to know what we're getting right and equally, what we're getting wrong. Consequently, I feel a visit to Dunelm is on the cards. Property Owner

About the location

BULL BAY

Amlwch 1.5 miles.

Bull Bay, or Porth Llechog in Welsh, which means "sheltered bay", is a picturesque seaside village on the northern coast of the Isle of Anglesey. It is the most northerly village in Wales, and boasts wonderful coastal scenery, with the island of East Mouse lying within the bay, which is rocky, shingly and offers rockpools for shrimping and crabbing. The village has a hotel with restaurant and bar, an excellent golf course, wonderful scenic walks along the renowned Anglesey Coastal Path and exciting fishing and bird watching. 1.5 miles east is the old port of Amlwch, and Parys Mountain, where visitors can enjoy the Copper Mine Trail Walk amidst the old ruins of what was once the world's largest copper mine in the 18th century. Amlwch's harbour dates back to the Middle Ages, and once was a thriving port. Enjoy the medieval town of Beaumaris, with its 13th century moated castle, museums, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, a sea zoo, Plas Newydd mansion, or take a day trip into Snowdonia, or visit Dublin from the nearby port of Holyhead.
