    “Arrived place very unclean and dusty the fire had not been cleaned out and smelt We spent the first day cleaning !”

    Bed frame at the top was broken and on the floor when we arrived , then the cheek of the owner blamed us for this after we left ! No place to put rubbish and recycling - the WIFI is powered via a hamster . No mobile signal - property needs many improvements and looks nothing like the pictures . We was very disappointed - then 9 days later get a message saying we had damaged property and left rubbish . We feel very insulted - feel this is a scam to retain deposit . The track to ...

    Our cleaner reported that there was some damage to the bed and the rubbish was still in the house. We informed Sykes of these issues. The guest then posted the feedback below. If there are issues with the property, please report them directly to Sykes so that they can be addressed quickly and avoid any misunderstanding.
